Hiranandani Group announce Multiservices SEZ in Hyderabad
Hyderabad, India, March 11, 2008 - Mumbai’s leading real-estate developers Hiranandani Group of companies have announced their plan to develop first of its kind 250 acre integrated ‘Hiranandani Upscale, Multiservices SEZ at Lahari, Hyderabad. The SEZ would be developed in association with Hyderabad based Lahari Infrastructure Ltd. Based on walk to work concept the SEZ would be integrated with vast landscaping and residential buildings apart from Schools, Hospitals and other recreational facilities. The project would require an investment of Rs 12,000 crores and would be completed in phases over a period of seven years.

Hyderabad, January 15, 2007 - The Hyderabad Urban Development Authority is to develop land parcels around the Outer Ring Road (ORR) Project. HUDA now proposes to develop 164 acres of land on Mixed Use Basis at Budvel, Ranga Reddy District, Hyderabad. Reserve Price is fixed as Rs. 4.00 Cores per acre.

Progress on leasing and sales shows robust demand for Ishaan's real estate portfolio
